Especially the sleeping habits! I am a college student and my dorm bed is so hard I sleep in my sleeping bag...on top of the bed! :-)

Like I said, I wrote this originally several years ago, when I was bartending and writing for a college newspaper.
That being said, having 'alcohol on your breath' isn't something that any company should be able to suspend you for. If you decide to have a beer at lunch, that shouldn't affect your job. However, when drinking starts to affect your performance THEN your employer should be able to do something. Just my two cents!

Where I work, anyone with alcohol on their breath gets a suspension. Termination can happen if the guilty party doesn't work sober. Thanks for the look at your life.

Here, here! But I have a multitude of friends who like good beer, but 'have to' drink Miller Lite to watch their girlish figures. I laugh and pour myself a Guinness...
