I recently found a home theater receiver that I wanted. I compared the prices at circuit city, best buy and online. The price at J&R was over $50 less than any other place I found. Everything was excellent. The pricing was great and the shippment arrived fast. No complaints at all.
I would highly recommend J & R to anyone shopping for electronics.
I ordered the receiver from them based solely on the advertised price. After the transaction I gained even more insight on the company and their customer service. Here's what I learned:
1. They beat every price I found for the receiver I ordered.
2. I ordered online and the website was fast and informative.
3. Return policy is quite friendly and simple. I did not have to return anything, but they have a good policy.
I would highly recommend checking them out for any electronics purchase.
The purchase, my first from J&R Music, was made over J&R Music's web site. It was seamless, and the product arrived earlier than expected. As yet, my experience with J&R Music has been fine.
FYI: I did try and take the price I found at J&R to Best Buy and Circuit City for them to price match. But they will not price match anyone that is not a local store. I think that is ridiculous. I did not mind waiting the few days it took for my order to show up in order to save alot of money.
