My second home in Lower Manhattan

Pros:Big clean rooms, nice toiletries, lots of nice extras, electronic safe, umbrella
Cons:No room in refrigerator to store stuff
The Bottom Line: I highly recommend Embassy Suites. I've spent a lot of time there and at other hotels and found Embassy to have one of the largest, cleanest rooms.
I've spent a few months in the New York Financial District and found the Embassy Suites to be a great place to stay. I've stayed at other hotels in the area and found that the rooms at the Embassy we're larger.
As soon as you walk in, there's a living area with a table, couch, and a TV. There's lots of room so I can set up my laptop on the table and watch TV. There's still room because there's another table to set up dinner too. Every room also has high speed internet.
Also is this room is a sink and a refrigerator/safe combination. It's nice to have a place to lock things away.
The bathroom is also spacious. The toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc) are from Bath and Body Works. I expected some unknown brand.
The bedroom is large and also has a TV. The bed is large, clean, and very comfortable.
Another nicety is that there's an umbrella in the closet (along with the iron and robe), just in case you need it. It has come in handy.
My only complaint (it's a minor one too) is that there's no room in the refrigerator. It's already full of soda, beer, etc. It would be nice if I could fit one bottle in there.
I highly recommend Embassy Suites. I've spent a lot of time there and consider it my second home.
