Its an amazing car.. ive had it for about 3 months, no problems at all, I test drove the acura TL, G35, Camry and the 300c. First of the TL, it felt like an accord and the interior isnt as appealing, legroom is non existent for the rear passengers unless u have a family of midgets.
The G35 was a decent performer but then again its a rear wheel drive and i needed an all season car.(Live by the north pole). I was a bit surprised with the Camry, the Hybrid feels like its got a corolla engine thats desperately trying to keep the car rolling and its not really different from the v6.Considering the hybrids are rated at about 200 hp and the v6 being 268 hp,it just doesnt feel like your moving, dont get me wrong the exterior styling is great but it just doesnt make the sport/sedan cut. Last but not least the 300c made me claustrophobic, the windows are designed rather poorly. It just doesnt feel as roomy as it looks from the outside and is the least equiped aswell with a 3.5L producing 250 hp with the weight being 400-500 lbs more than the other 3.
Then it was finally time i got my hands on a maxima the first one i test drove was an SL and it wasnt what i was hoping for, the ride was smooth but the 4 speed auto and 17 inch rims didnt cut it for me.So i decided to give the SE a run and believe me it was worth it. The 5-speed triptronic felt far more responsive as well as the handling due to the 18's and stiffer suspension.
So i ended up with a Black on Black SE
