Health Check Systems is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. It starts with their horribly rude customer service from Carl (who, by the way, answers the phone "yeah" or "hello"... .I didn't know if it was a business or a residence).
We ordered a stroller travel system and instead got two identical car seats. After waiting 3 weeks (they said 5-7 days) for our order, we just wanted to get it corrected and over with. They conveniently were "backordered" on the product we wanted along with all similar products. We then decided cancelling would be best. When we wanted to ship them back and cancel the order, they said they would pay for shipping on one, but not the other. We try to ship them back and they have moved. Now we're out 50 bucks and have the car seats back at our house. It then took about 10 phone calls to try and reach a manager to get the problem resolved... They wanted us to pay for shipping AGAIN. I was never notified or advised to ship to any different address. They will send you from person to person and say they will take care of things... of course, they never do. We finally got our money back, but it was a very frustrating 6 weeks of waiting, shipping, and calling. I would not advice my worst enemy to shop at this place. They are unprofessional, rude, lazy, etc.
