Slow delivery and an incorrect order. MY MONEY WAS NEVER RETURNED.

My experience with E.L.F has been so-so. The delivery speed was incredibly slow (about two and a half weeks upon order), but the website does mention that all orders ship between 5 to 7 days. Of course, the lovely people at E.L.F notified me that my order had been shipped on the morning of the 8th day. I know, I know... the site SAID 5 to 7 days. Well, most online stores say to give them up to 10 days to ship, but will send out your package in two days.
The order accuracy was not impressive either. I ordered 10 items from E.L.F, and receieved 8 with a free sample of skin product and a note that explained they were out of stock on two lip gloss colors I had ordered and would be refunding my money. I am kind of bothered by this, because the only reason to shop at E.L.F is to buy in bulk because of the $5.00 shipping. So to only get $8.00 worth of stuff and having to pay almost the same cost in shipping is very irritatating!
The products are decent. They are about what you would expect for $1 each, though some exceed expectations. The brushes I ordered were excellent value. The quality of their brushes are very good and would run over $12 in a drugstore. The lipglosses are all reasonably sized(though if you look closely, it is the tube that is large, not the amount of liquid in the tube), and the eye-liners are of decent quality.
The eyeshadow is not so great, but eyeshadow is something that you should never go cheap on anways, so I can't complain. I find that it is far too chalky and just melts within an hour or two, so I put it on heavy with water and sometimes use makeup sealant.
I am neither overly satisfied nor overly unhappy with my E.L.F experience, and I am not sure if I will do business with them again. I would prefer that they had listed what items are out of stock on their website so I don't have to waste shipping money. E.L.F is sold at some supermarkets and drug stores in my area, so I think from now on I will be buying my E.L.F products in-store only (though for that price and location, Wet n' Wild products are better value).
Also, on a last note, the much talked about and advertised facial whips, which was what I REALLY wanted to purchase at E.L.F have either been discontinued (though I have no idea why they would do that) or have been pulled from the website temporarily due to great demand, which makes the value of E.L.F online diminish even more.
UPDATE!!!
I would just like to say that E.L.F never returned my money, despite the numerous emails I sent to customer service. I let it go since it was just $2 or $3 dollars, but I will say that I am never ordering or buying E.L.F again! Go to the drugstore and buy Wet N' Wild if you want cheap, decent quality products.
