terrible! two weeks after my order and still didn't get the package

I placed my order on Friday, July 20th. I did expect for my order not to be processed until Monday so there was no problem to wait until then. On Monday afternoon I got an email requesting to confirm my international order by sending photo-copies of my credit card front and back. This practice doesn't make me very comfortable, but it happened before and I understand if merchants don't trust orders from my country. After sending the requested photos I got a reply that they'll ship the order soon. Two days later (July 25th, in the morning) I got a call from my bank saying that they were asked to verify my payment. I confirmed. Now, why did fragranceX ask for copies of my credit card if they were going to call the bank anyway!? On the same day I sent them an email asking why my order hasn't shipped 5 days after being placed... The reply was short and provided no explanations. They just said that my order will ship soon. Two days after that (July 27th) I sent them another email. This time I said that if they don't ship my order by the end of the week I'll be forced to cancel and ask for a full refund. They finally shipped the package and provided a USPS tracking number. Five days have passed and there is still no sign of my package and the USPS Track & Confirm website has no record of my order... It doesn't seem that the package was actually shipped. I am very disappointed with the service and will definitely not order from them again. I'm very sorry that I chose them for my order, because the item was a present for my niece and her birthday is in only three days... I don't think I'll get the package in time.
