Q 100 a disappointment to me

I chose the Q100 because I'm a widowed senior, who has to assemble purchases herself. After reading reviews, I felt this was the best grill for me. After spending more money than its worth, (grill, cart, S&H), I finally got the whole thing together and waalaa, nothing. I called Weber and have to admit the women tried to be helpful, but in the end the conclusion was a bad valve. I was told I have to wait for the valve to come in the mail. I said there was no way I could replace the new valve. She offered to send someone to my home, but that could take several weeks.
