Shipped incorrect item followed by lousy customer service.

The initial prices were low, but the shipping costs were high. They then sent me the wrong item - a similar item that reasonably should have done the same job but I later learned was inadequate. Upon contacting them about the matter over the phone and over email they failed to get back to me. Further phone contact was infuriating when the difficult to understand customer service agents insisted that the two items were the same. Never mind that their own web site had two different pages for the two different items that had two different prices (naturally what they sent me was the cheaper item). If they had tried to insist that what they sent me was an acceptable substitute I wouldn't have minded, but they insisted that they were identical. I finally gave up on trying to get the correct item from them and instead insisted on them refunding me the price difference, which they agreed to do.
Their customer service agents also really like to put you on hold for long stretches.
For reference, the item I ordered was Franklin Machine Products 28 oz cocktail mixer cup, item number 280-1300 for $3.93. The item they sent me was Johnson Rose cocktail mixer cup item number JR7950 which was listed at $2.11. The problem on my end was that the cup I ordered to use with the mixer cup, Franklin Machine Products item 280-1304, sinks excessively far in to the Johnson Rose cup.
I wonder if they realize that if what they claim is true, that they're selling one identical item for two different prices with two different pictures, then they're committing fraud. I expect that they were only concerned with their immediate goal of getting me to go away.
