Very Incompedent Service and Tatics.

Problems:
1) Extremely slow turnaround, up to 30 days ! No excuse for That!
2) Movies in queue constantly being batted back and forth in terms of when I could receive them.
3) Only being able to report on One movie for 2 weeks at a time even when your reporting a movie was broken or damaged. No Other service has as many damaged movies as you, I believe you MUST be sending damaged movies out over and over again.
4) Not having email support issues addressed or dealt with point for point, and addressed in their reponses like they read my email.
5) No Phone support.
6) Limiting the number of spaces and letters that can be used in a customer issue ticket...
This is the list of Problems I sent to Intelliflix upon canceling my membership with them. I wrote a whole letter to them explaining my exact final reasons including not getting a movie for 30 days and repeatadly changing my queue information regarding when I could receive a movie or not. I.E. I had 40 movies in my queue that were slated as movies that could be sent out "soon" and then checking back to find this had been reduced to 9 after these movies have sat in the "available soon" queue for some time. This situation happened repeatatley along with most movies taking over 10 days to be checked in. Also same time for movies I reported and sent back as arriving damaged, I beleive that they were in the habit of sending out Already" damaged movies, for it happened too often...
When I finally canceled my 2nd prepaid year with 10 months left on the balance they flat-out said I was not entitled to any refund. At that point I did not care, I just wanted to be rid of them. I even waited several weeks for them to check my last movie in since they charged a freinds credit card that canceled with them for movies they sent back but intelliflis failed to log in.
