All the purchases I have made with Metroline have gone very well. The only complaint that I have had with them was the slow response I got when I had a defective unit. I received an initial response, but when I provided them with the information that was requested of me about the defective product, I did not receive any response for some time. I had to repeatedly email and leave messages before someone finally got back to me, but when they did, they were excellent.
