It often happens that the online retailer who has the lowest price has very negative feedback due to poor customer service or other complaints.
I am very pleased to let you all know Visual Apex somehow accomplishes excellent customer service while having the lowest prices you can find anywhere - internet or brick-and-mortar stores!
I placed my order with them online and within 8 hours I was watching my brand new Panasonic plasma! I am fortunate to live close to their Seattle warehouse - so before ordering I called them to see what their pickup procedure was - which turned out to be very simple and painless compared to other warehouses I have come across.
As I picked my order up, I can't comment on their delivery program, but if it's anything like their customer service and pick-up operations - I'm sure you won't be disappointed!
I also had to order an HDMI blade for my new plasma - which they didn't stock at the same warehouse - so they Fed Ex'd it to me and I received it the next day.
Excellent follow up too - online and through good old fashioned snail mail - they let me know if I ever have a problem I can call them.
