Failure to ship "in-stock" order for over one week. Zero communication from company as to order status and reason for delay.
Update: Ordered July 31. No communication from company as of August 7. Contacted company. Promised to be shipped today. Product was not shipped. Now promised shipment for tomorrow. I asked for a guaranty. They said I can cancel my order. Nice! Customer reps and supposed "managers" speak very broken english.
