at the 3 week mark ;)
I think they all do.
Of course with this third child I finally read something that made sense - that between 2-6 weeks their systems are regulating, etc and their nervous system is working out its kinks, hence the increase in fussiness and surge in that period of time ---
and sure enough, here we are approaching 3 weeks and my adorable baby has fussed all night and day long ;)
