nods. many web hosting companies are taking second looks at how to increase their profits - ex. advertising a large file storage amount and then not letting customers use it is just one method. I heartily recommend review sites that are specific to web hosting for a better picture of service. And always always check the most recent reviews because service quality does change rapidly.
