I was satisfied with both the service and the price. Everything was straight forward and it was a very good experience. The next time that I am in need of products that your store carries, I will definitely check you out. In the past I have had experiences where online merchants promised a low price, but the catch was that I had to wait months to receive the product as they searched to actually find it. It was very refreshing for a company to offer a very good price, have the item in stock, and ship it in a reasonable amount of time. I also appreciated the way that shipping was handled on the web site. Many online merchants seem to try to hide the shipping costs until the time of purchase. It seems as though those online merchants are trying to hide their prices by getting you to pay shipping that makes their total cost higher. It was refreshing to see a store that included the shipping costs on the product page when ordering. It was also nice that the way that shipping was calculated was explained and was straight forward. I have always preferred online merchants that are straight forward and J & R is a perfect example of what I expect an online merchant to be like.
