Delivery speed was satisfactory. I only took a couple of days to confirm, process, prepare and ship my purchase. I was able to keep track of the pace of the transaction from the beginning. J&R allowed me to keep track of the process on their website and allowed me a link to the shipping information website so I could track the transit once it had been shipped. I felt that this was a nice touch having a real-time connection to the process and being able to plan around what was going on. Many other stores do not update with the same amount of consideration to the customer as J&R does. I really appreciate this as a customer.
I had no direct customer service interactions. I am a fairly informed consumer who had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, a great deal on a great product. However, the website acts almost as a customer service representative of its own since it is very informative and allows the consumer to find any information that might factor into a purchase choice.
My overall satisfaction is that I enjoy my product, it was exactly what I wanted and arrived in perfect working condition. There is nothing more satisfying than that.
I approve of the price I paid. Many other mp3 players with similar capacities and features sell for significantly more money, so I feel like I received a great value.
