The Bottom Line FINAL suggestion is just don’t look at a cheap deal go for a more reliable seller.
I had bad experience buying from nexxcell.com. After a lot of comparison I found a really good deal from on nexxcell for v300 so I placed the order.... I followed-up next week and order was still not shipped, the sales rep informed that they are waiting on stock….in third week the order was sent. once I received my phone I called to find whom to call to port my number and add my number in family plan (I had made sure with sales rep that I will be allowed on 49.99 family plan and she had put that in my original order BUT now when I called I was told that it was by mistake on 49.99 plan for family plan they only offer 69.99? that somehow moved on? After weeks I found 2 issues with my new v300 phone and tried to get a replacement phone for few weeks without much luck….and it is hopefully coming thru after several weeks delay but now am not a happy customer for them. FINAL suggestion is just don’t look at a cheap deal go for a more reliable seller. Good luck !  |
