I ordered a driver from Rockbottom Golf a few months ago. They shipped the wrong club (promptly but wrong nevertheless). In order to return it, they said I had to buy another club and they would refund me for the first one. I ordered another driver, they charged my credit card, said they shipped my club and provided a false Fedex tracking number. Three weeks later, I have not received the club, they have not responded to emails and they don't answer their phone. Also, they have received the first club I sent back to them and have not reimbursed my credit card. In summary, I have paid them for two drivers, neither of which I have, and they will not respond to me. I feel violated and am going to report them to every internet fraud investigation process available. This company gets good reviews but if you look closely, there a lot of people who have had the same problem as me. Most of them appear to give up but they picked the wrong guy to rip off this time. I used to do fraud investigation for a bank and have all my documentation in order. I write this only in the hope that I save somebody the hassle I've been dealing with.
