I received my order quickly and at a competitive rate with free shipping (Le Creuset Pot). Unfortunately, it was completely cracked--not only the enamel but the cast iron itself! The box delivered by UPS was perfect, so it was obvious that the item was shipped out damaged, and it had to have dropped from a high place in order to crack the way it did. After reading these reviews (which I should have done beforehand), I'm getting the overall picture for this company, and it's not good. I had to work to track down their phone number, they reported to UPS that the package was damaged when it clearly wasn't--which held up the return process unnecessarily--, and their customer service reps respond with misinformation, vagaries and inaccuracies that seem part of an intentional process to wear you down and keep your money. Based on these reviews, they are shipping out WAY too much in the way of damaged goods for that to be a coincidence. There are many, many more reputable companies online that will meet and/or beat the prices at cutlery and more, including free shipping, and I suggest you give them a try instead. In case you insist on rolling the dice, be sure to pay with a credit card that will allow you to reverse the charge temporarily and help you force the company to respond to your issue.
