Just found this review and reading it makes me all the more sorry I missed meeting you at the NYC Meet on 2003.

back when we were organizing our own meet-n-greets I wrote and begged them for something, anything, as a give away. They wouldn't send even a set of those infernal Epi dolls as a door prize let alone pay for the food.
The last one we organized in NY cost us each over (the organizers, we didn't charge anyone else) $200 to cover the place, food and beverages and we had over 20 people there.
The one I went to in Dayton, organized by Bryan_Carey, I ended up ordering Frisbees from Epinions Cafe Press store because they wouldn't send so much as a Tee-shirt and now look - you guys are friggin spoiled. I'm gonna go off and pout somewhere.
Glad it was a good time

Actually maybe we should do something at someone's house for like an Epinions Weekend Getaway or something. I swear I won't get plastered and upchuck again!
I vote Doc locks like, 3-10 of us in a basement for a week, and then we all write reviews on how freaking insane of a captor she is.

I still think Miami would be ideal for a winter meet when everyone if freezing their tooties off..

I'm glad yall had such fun! (Not really, I'm just saying what I'm supposed to say.....I'm jealous because I wasn't there!) :-)
I was telling a friend of mine about Epinions and how they have M&G's and she said "I'll go with you to Boston! That would be fun!" She decided we could just hop in the car and drive on up there...I thought she crazy. Drive to Boston from Alabama for a 4 hour M&G? Anyway, I told her that Epi would ONEDAY have another M&G down south.
So I'm waiting to see it on their agenda so all you yanks can come down here. :-)

Well, I told them it needed to be in the midwest somewhere.. Chicago or Dallas-ish. However, I think it's beginning to look like Seattle at the moment.
