I am happy with the programming. But, dealing with their customer support is painful. I have paid my bill regularly every month on-line. This month it was kicked back saying that the checking account number was incorrect. Same # as I have always used. On top of this I was charged an additional $10 to reprocess. I tried to talk to the CS agent and see what acct # was used? Can't do that. I asked if they could reverse the charges? Can't do that. Could you ask your supervisor? No, can't do that. Fine. Hung up. Two days later my service is disconnected. I try to pay on-line but their web login is down. Call them back. Now I get to pay the $10 reprocessing fee, $25 reactivation fee, and if I want to pay over the phone I get charged an additional $5. Screw them. Going back to Comcast.
