I've been asked to give my opinion of AJ Madison's Online Store based on my experience. The first comment is "Excellent!" At risk of running out of superlatives, let me list things singularly:
Tremendous online selection - even hard to find things
Phenomenal prices - highly competitive
Incredible personalized service - just a phone call away
Superb stock (ordered on 8/25, delivered on 8/28!)
Superior delivery
We needed a 24" gas wall oven, and this isn't normally stocked in any of the "big box" stores. I checked into ordering it from the "big box" stores and the prices/delivery were not satisfactory for our project timeline. I did a search of the model we wanted and got a hit on AJ Madison. Their website is great and gave me all the specifications that I needed. So I placed the order online on Saturday August 25. I immediately received an email confirming my order and offering instant customer service options.
On Monday August 27 I called AJ Madison's store in Brooklyn NY to ask about the expected delivery since I might have to get it delayed by several days due my own project delays. So instead of delaying delivery, how about tomorrow? Outstanding! Plus the delivery guys showed up when expected, were courteous and gentle with the oven, and I am completely satisfied with their service.
AJ Madison has just won a customer for life.
