We couldn't be happier with our Cerulean Comfortaire Eastern King mattress or with Richard at Nationwide Mattress. We had shopped around quite a bit on the internet and made a number of calls by way of inquiries. Unlike most of the vendors we contacted, Richard seemed to always be available for questions, and he took the time to provide thorough answers. After ordering our mattress, we were uncertain of the time frame for delivery of such large items, and when I contacted Richard he told me he would check with the factory and get back to me the next day around 2:00 p.m. Lo and behold, he was true to his word and called punctually called at 2:00 to provide an exact date of delivery and a complete description of what to expect down to packaging details. The details for assembling the mattress come with the packages and are accessible on the internet and they are easy to follow. The zippers were a little confusing, but I knew that if I couldn't figure everything out I could call Richard in a flash and obtain an answer immediately. I have rarely felt this secure about a product purchased via the internet. And we love the mattress!
