Pros:No cross-contamination, no scrubbing cutting boards, no "juice drool." They're great.
Cons:Size may be a tad small, just use 2 or 3 and conquer that problem.
I used Saran Cutting Sheets for about 3 or 4 years here in Savannah, and then they inexplicably vanished from the stores. I've gone so far as e-mailing the company today about this, and inquiring if I can get them direct.

This is a fabulous product. I often use recipes that require cutting raw chicken or pork into small, bite-sized pieces and this is the PERFECT solution. I've also used 2 or 3 laid end-to-end to cut boneless pork loins into chops. I don't have to worry about cross-contamination, and I don't have to worry if I've gotten my cutting board clean enough. I just fold them up and toss them away. They also don't let meat juices "drool" the way a regular cutting board does. Oh, how I miss them...
