Absolutely the worst customer service Ever!!!
I ordered a set of irons and a hat. Received an e-mail that they had shipped with tracking number which did not match any number in Fed-Ex site. Fed Ex sent me separate e-mail with a different tracking number. Even though my account was charged for the irons and hat, only the hat arrived. After leaving multiple call back requests (impossible to reach a human), I finally got a hold of someone on a Saturday morning. He said that even though I received an e-mail saying the clubs had shipped, and my cc was charged, they were in fact out of stock. I never received any e-mail or phone call about this, which he said I should have. He offered to send me a replacement (I had ordered steel shafts/stiff flex/no offset). I chose to have the steel shafts/stiff flex with offset. He said he would send those overnight on Monday, which, to their credit, he did. However, when I received them on Tuesday, the clubs were graphite shafts/stiff flex/no offset. That was yesterday. Since then, I have left 9 call back messages and sent 8 e-mails and have not heard from anyone. Some guy accidentally picked up my call yesterday evening. He had someone on hold and evidently picked up the wrong line. He told me that the guy who helped me on Saturday would call me back 8:00 this morning.
Not only is this customer service deplorable, it is non-existent. Even though I have ordered from them before with no problems, I will never ever order from them again and I will advise everyone I meet not to order from them.
