For non chemical flea issues use a steamer (Reply to this comment)
by burb72
I bought a steamer from costco for about 40 bucks, which had attachments for floor, windows, tile, pretty much everything, we did not have a major infestation but if i wore shorts, i would get a flea on my legs about 1-2 times a day. I steamed everything, furniture and carpet and then vacumed every piece once i was done steaming it, then take out the bag for vacume and throw it away. Its been about 3 months with no fleas. I did notice that the steamer didnt work in the basement on the concrete, best to just mop in that area. good luck,
mike

Hi, Kelly,
I have to say I agree with Savannah, but I thought your reminder about the residue of foggers was helpful. If you do update this, I think it would help to include some information about topical treatments like Advantage. (Our cat HATES Advantage and takes about a month to forgive us for putting it on her--just in time for another treatment...sigh.)

My Rating (Reply to this comment)

Hi there, just wanted to explain my rating to you. You did give some good information in your review, but didn't really tell me how to choose the best flea and tick control. Basically you didn't go into anything that most of us don't already know.
Contact me if you update. I'd be happy to take another look and re-rate accordingly.
