Delivery speed was horrible. I ordered a set of dishes that took SIX months to all come in.
Customer service: after just three months the dishes began chipping. I wrote an online review that was never posted to the site. I also noticed that they had removed another bad review (beware: they pick and choose the reviews they post!). Since it was past 90 days they said I could not get a refund and told me to contact the manufacturer. They told me that info is on the paperwork, but it is not. They also told me it was on their product description page, and it's not. They will not give me the information. I just keep getting canned responses from outsourced 'customer service' representatives. I never get a response from the same customer service rep, it's always somebody different.
I have avoided Wal-mart for years, and more recently bestbuy after a bad experience......I was a pretty loyal customer of Target, but not anymore. What a huge disappointment....they have become like all the other big corporations - they are just in it for the money.
I have started shopping with smaller companies online and the customer service has been exceptional! In one case the president of the company personally called to resolve some minor issues I had with my order -remember you CAN 'vote' with your dollar!!!!
