GREAT experience. I own a gourmet food store and my air condition broke during a heat wave. I went online and found the air condition I wanted and I ordered it from AJ Madison (because it was the cheapest price) well that blew up in my face when they pulled a bait and switch on me. So the next day when I received the wrong air condition I went back online and contacted other companies to see if someone could get me an air condition withing 24 hours and nobody was being helpful. So I contat AM ROYAL and spoke with Jeff who was very knowledgeable and helpful. His price was not the lowest but very competitive. I explained my problem and that I needed an Air Condition NOW. It was 5pm and his store closed at 6pm. He told me what he had in stock and what the best would be for my situation. He was very honest and said if I wait until next week he could get me anything I wanted and less expensive air conditions. But I needed something and needed it now. So he gave me a great deal on a Frididaire FAM 186R2a which was only a couple dollars more then the original air condition I wanted. He told me he would wait until I got to his store which was about 45 minutes away and offered to wait until I got there even if it was after 6pm. I got there about 6pm and he took care of me without rushing me. He explained everything and loaded it into my vechicle and even gave me a 5 yr extended warranty for no additional cost. He saved my product from going bad over a heat wave of a weekend and he was so understanding and could not do enough for me. I highly recommend AM ROYAL they may be a couple of dollars more then other online sites. But it is worth it!! you will be happy with the service and product
