I have just ordered a Weston 48" Stainless Steel Propane Smoker - it has not been shipped nor has it arrived at the time I write this review. The web page wants a review at this time; the review would better be provided after receipt of the smoker. However, the ordering process was simple, except there was a box for the coupon code (mine was "RED") at several points in the order process. It would be less confusing if the box would not appear after having been used, or if it would show in some manner that it had been used. Also, towards the end of the order process I was asked the method of shipment. I went to the options and only "Ground" was available. I selected "Ground" and the order reverted to the top of the page, causing me to wonder if there had been an error, or if additional detail was to be added by me. This was confusing. It might be helpful to provide some indication of the shipping charges, perhaps a range (for East Coast, Midwest and West Coast). The charges for my shipping amounted to about 20% of the cost of the smoker, due to its weight and bulk. I know I will enjoy this product as I was exposed to it by my brother a couple of weeks ago. As long as it arrives undamaged and operates properly, I will thoroughly enjoy it. We always have a large gathering at our house for Thanksgiving and I always deep fry a turkey (we live in south Louisiana where this process originated). I plan to amend the menu this year and utilize the new smoker.
