HORRIBLE--THEY SENT EXPIRED DRUGS

I placed and order for prescription medications for my dogs. This company is NOT a pharmacy and they contract with another company called Allivet for prescriptions. This is not disclosed on the website and I believed I was ordering from this company directly. First problem was that from the time I selected the product to the time I clicked confirm the order the web site changed the price of the medication increasing it by $4 per bottle. Second problem was it took forever for it to be filled and dispensed-- about 10 days. But the biggest problem is the medications I was sent were EXPIRED. The medications were in the original sealed medication bottle and the pharmacy label was carefully placed covering the true expiration date of the product. On the pharmacy label a date 11 months beyond the expiration date was placed. When I called the dispensing pharmacy- Allivet- to discuss this problem the pharmacist told me it was fine to use the product for 3-4 months past the expiration date--I don't think so and I did not purchase expired products. I asked them to replace the medications and they told me that they would have to order it since they only have the expired drugs. I asked for a different strength to be sent to get me by until they sent the correct strength and that product was sent-- it will expire in 14 days from the date I received it. Be ware check the bottle label carefully and DO NOT USE this company or Allivet.
