DISH NETWORK SUCKS!!!!! This service has been nothing but problems. First off know that when there is clouds or rain in the area you WILL lose service. The quality of HD also SUCKS. When i moved i went ot go cancel my service and they sent me to 5 different people to try and talk me out of quiting or enticing me with incentives. after i quit they said that they would send you boxes to package up everything to send back 7 days after service was cancelled. i cancelled on the 20th because this would have given me enough time. NO, i never received the boxes and had to pay for and package everything up on my own. note: box came early the next month which obviously was too late because i had already moved out of that house. then when trying to remove the dishes and cables and whatnot from outside it turns out that they had bolted the dish into the concrete side of the house. needless to say we could not get this off ourselves. i just got off the phone with dish newwork and they said that sonce the service has been cancelled and equipment returned that they can not re-open my account to CHARGE me to have someone come remove the dishes because their retarded tachs installed the dish into concrete side of house. after i cancelled the service they called me EVERYDAY asking why i cancelled and tried waiving deals in my face even though i spent an hour each day talking to their cust service which by the way are all located outside the US and you can't understand a word they are saying. anyway, DISH NETWORK has been the WORST business experience of my life and i told them i would go out of my way to discourage anyone and everyone not to purchase dish services. PLEASE GOD DO NOT SUBSCRIBE WITH THEM, ONLY PROBLEMS!!!!!
