The Bottom Line: The SL45 in my opinion is the worst phone ever produced. Poor performance and dangerous high emissions. Looks is not everything

I had the Siemens SL45 for three weeks. During these weeks I lost a lot of business because my business is often dependend from a good working mobile phone. Yes the mp3 player in the SL45 is great, works well but everything else is absolute rubbish - yes as a phone the SL45 is rubbish. Ringet Tones are very quiet even at their loudest setting. Received and Transmitted Speech is unclear, sounds very harsh and often difficult to understand. In areas of bad coverage where most other phones would still perform the SL45 drops the call, you are presented with the "Call Ended" message. Last not least after using the SL45 I felt a funny feeling in my ear often resulting in a headache which in my opinion shows that the emissions omitted by the SL45 are much more dangerous than on any other phone. So for me this is a deffinite no-no and I am really glad I managed to get rid of the phone.
Yes a good looking phone, but is it a phone ? In my opinion it is not a phone - its rubbish. Test for yourself, compare with another phone and you might find out the truth about the SL45
