| Suzer's Full Review: Joint Juice Dietary Supplement |
I have experienced pain in my neck, back and knee joints for many years. Taking over the counter medications can wreak havoc on your stomach on a cumulative basis. Topical ointments work for a short amount of time, as does icing.
A few years ago friends suggested to me that I take Glucosamine tablets to soothe my aching joints. I took them successfully for a long time. At the same time I developed heartburn, and other digestive problems. Most people will not experience digestive problems with Glucosamine pills. However, many people do not care for swallowing horse-sized pills, or are totally unable to do so.
Eventually I connected the Glucosamine tablets with the digestive problems, and stopped taking them altogether. Within a month 95% of my digestive difficulties had dissipated, and of course my joint pain returned with a vengeance.
Recently a woman on an internet site turned me on to Joint Juice as I was looking for something that would work as well as the tablets but without the side effects. Most people are like me, and would just as soon avoid attempting to swallow huge pills.
Details about Joint Juice:
We are told by the manufacturers that each eight ounce can of Joint Juice combines a full day's supply of 1500 mg of glucosamine and 60 mg of vitamin C with real fruit juice.
Drinking Joint Juice daily gives your body 1500 mg of glucosamine in an easy to take formula. Research indicates that taking 1500 mg of glucosamine daily can help to ensure that your joint cartilage has what it needs to stay healthy..
By the way, Joint juice is vegetarian, has no shellfish in it and has just 30 calories. They use Glucosamine HCI as they feel it is best. They do use Splenda in lieu of sugar.
Where can you find this product?:
Of course it is easiest and perhaps less expensive to purchase Joint Juice at the Joint Juice website, or other websites carrying their products. You can find Joint Juice all over the United States at local brick and mortar stores.
You may be wondering how glucosamine actually works:
It can help your cartilage by hydrating certain molecules-the molecules keep the water together and keeps it there. It also cushions and provides shock absorption. The lubrication in the joint space makes a slippery smooth surface enabling your joints to move much more easily.
Taste and flavors of Joint Juice:
At this time Joint Juice comes in two different flavors, Tropical Fruit and Orange Tangerine. Both are sparkling, and I enjoyed both flavors. It really depends on your personal preferences. Do you prefer citrusy flavors or tropical? You will probably want to try both and see which you prefer, or you may want to alternate as I did.
How soon will it take effect?:
I've talked with many people who have taken the oral Glucosamine and most people say it is effective. The ones who have not given it time to get into the system will not realize the full impact of the supplement. Ensure you give it 1 to 2 months. Otherwise you are doing yourself a disservice.
The same time line goes for Joint Juice. Everyone may vary, but give it a month or two to get into your system, and alleviate the pain in your joints. Don't give up too soon!
My experience:
I was very excited to try out the Joint Juice. While I am accustomed to taking a couple of daily medications and daily vitamins, the huge (Glucosamine) pills seemed to get caught in my throat. It is much more appealing to drink your 1500 mg of Glucosamine daily in a flavorful fruity sparkling beverage.
It did take about 6 weeks for the juice to work for me, drinking 1500 mg daily. I alternated the flavors so I would have the variety, and to see which I preferred. My favorite is the orange-tangerine. Over an extended period of time I did notice some slight digestive difficulties such as burping, but felt substantial relief from joint pain.
Recommendations:
If you suffer from arthritic or comparable joint pain you really should try Joint Juice to see if it will work for you. Ensure you give it enough time to get into your system, and get the total relief. Obviously if you experience digestive or other problems, consider discontinuing depending on the amount of discomfort. Weigh the pros and cons. Most of you, in time, will feel much better and wonder why you did not discover this product sooner. I am giving Joint Juice 4 stars. It is tasty and effective, easy to take. The only downside is the rare, possible stomach discomfort. If your arthritis pain is severe, slight stomach discomfort may be nothing in comparison, and as noted, the majority of people will have no problems at all!
