they advertise camera bodies ..in this case, the XTI for 219.00.
when you place the order it is NOT in stock.
I called them and was told they do not have it in stock. then the next thing the guy says is..that he has a PACKAGE available for 600 and change.
with the XTI body.
BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!!! well I'm not falling for this. I'm fed up with all the bait and switching going on with this store and a few others offering the XTI for 269.00 dollars.
they are all located in NY. I think they are all the same COMPANY.
If they didn't have any intention of selling a camera body ONLY, then they should not advertise it, and then go and say it ISN'T IN STOCK and then TURN AROUND AND OFFER ME A PACKAGE WITH THAT SAME CAMERA BODY!!
I laugh at their stupidity, because I won't fall for it. I'm writing this review so others won't fall for it either.
THEY HAVE THE BODY IN STOCK. they just WON'T SELL IT ..AS ADVERTISED ON THEIR SITE AS: CANON REBEL XTI CAMERA BODY ONLY FOR 219.00.
that is how they lure you IN.
they have it. but for a price. a package deal.
don't do business with them. they have shown what they are all about when i spoke to them on the phone.
WHen I confronted the "sales" person about not having it in stock and then, he offered me a PACKAGE ..I asked, well, then you HAVE it in stock but you are not selling it as advertised..you are pulling a BAIT AND SWITCH.
he could have redeemed himself..HAHA..and said, ok. I'll sell you just the body as advertised and gotten a good review.
but having read these reviews, I felt the need to also follow thru and let the public know, DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!!!
