Turned me off to internet buying ! Absolutely the worst!

Yup, we all have to do something. Unfortunately, we too, did not read the reviews before ordering. Good prices are our weakness. We too, ordered a 3 year subscription to our favorite magazine. It was only 60$! However, only received 2 issues. Then, nothing. Wrote multiple times (email), and called to the only number available, where the message box was "not taking calls at this time".
We did actually get an email eventually. The guy offered a free magazine to make up for the problem (publisher somehow never got our order, they stated). How sweet! A free magazine to make up for it! That magazine too only lasted for 2 issues. I was never able to get a hold of the guy again. By the time we complained to our credit card company, they said they were unable to deal with it, as it had been more than 3 months since the order. That MUST be their trick! Drag it out, give the customer hope, at least until their credit card company won't fight it anymore.
Good thing learned, is not to let ANY questions about a company go without complaining to your credit card company before the 3 months are up. At that point, your hands are tied.
Buyer beware. We are contacting the Better Business Bureau today (does that work for internet businesses too?)
