Don't go near Intelliflix - company going out of business soon

Joined in December 2006 (although I usually research these things pretty well, I obviously didn't this time!). For the first six months I'd say, I got pretty quick turnaround and only received one damaged disc. However, as others have said, I never received any of my top choices. Earlier this summer, I began receiving fewer and fewer discs, and have not received anything since early August. Through the customer service ticket approach, I get boilerplate, canned responses that say nothing. Recently, they've been telling me that they confirmed that a disc is released for me, but nothing is ever shipped. I've also noticed that they moved many of the titles in my queue into the queue waiting area. They extended my contracted period by a few months to "compensate," but truthfully, I can't imagine that they'll still be in business for more than a few weeks at most. I managed to find a phone number for them in Palm Beach County, FL, but it has been very difficult to get to speak to a person. The guy I spoke to told me that they were having some problems (duh) and that they were bringing on new suppliers in the next week. That was two weeks ago and no change. In summary, don't go near Intelliflix.
