So far, I have made four orders with BigDiscount.com and I have had no problems to date. Each order was shipped promptly, was nicely packed, and arrived on time with no hitches whatsoever. I received a confirmation email immediately after placing each order, and each order was correct and undamaged when received.
I noticed that the negative reviews here were from a while back...perhaps they were having teething problems at that point getting a new store off the ground, because I have experience none of them.
