Pros: ease of use, flexibility of use, economy of use
Cons: possibly higher priced than one would like--but, hey, lunch is never free!
The Bottom Line: I highly recommend this product be used at every laundry session.

| countesscrinkl's Full Review: Shout Color Catcher |
I have been using Color Catchers ever since they were invented and showed up in the grocery store servicing the small "frontier" Eastern Montana town I live in (Sidney, population approx. 5K). At the time I discovered Color Catchers I was blessed/cursed with water high in sulfur and iron: great for the innards but lousy for clothing exteriors. Color Catchers did the trick. I was able to graduate from industrial gray undergarments to whites and off-whites. I was able to mix colors in warm water without any bleedoffs. Saved my water bill and energy as well as the stress that comes with iron-stained clothing. Sometimes I am referred to as the "Color Catcher Fairy" by my colleagues and fellow Sidneyites because of my revival-like enthusiasm about SC Johnson's product. Now, I am a rather difficult person to please. I have lived long enough that I am a bit skeptical about a particular product's effectiveness. Happy to report that I have yet to find a more user-friendly, safe, direct, and uncomplicated procedure to deal with one of life's unplesant experiences--dirty, stained laundry--with grace and panache. Well anyway. Enough of this prattle. Go out and get some Color Catchers, and watch your gray fade away (sound like a hair commercial? Hey, if CCs were available as hair enhancers, I'd be the first in line to grab some...)
