I ordered a set of irons from Rock Bottom. The irons were advertised to include free shipping. When I checked out on the website a shipping charge was included and no amount of fiddling with different shipping options would eliminate the charges. So, I included this on the comments section of the order with the stipulation that if free freight was not included that the order was to be considered cancelled. I also attempted to phone them to be sure this was understood. After 10 minutes on hold I was referred to voice mail with the promise that my call would be returned within 24 hours! Of course my call was never returned. I also sent a separate email. No response to that either. Fortunately the clubs arrived within a week. No problem with them but the shipping charge had not been removed. I have now emailed them twice more and again, no response. Obviously this retailer has no customer service whatsoever. What's really amazing is that one would have to be extremely determined to even place an order with this outfit by phone. I wonder if there is a single human being there or if this is just a computer taking orders and sending them to an automated shipping system. Certainly this is no way to manage a business. I intend to dispute the charge with my bank. Maybe that will get their attention. I would definitely recommend avoiding this seller like the plague!
