Stay away from Expresscamera.com! It is a bait and switch operation. They advertise prices that no one else can touch complete with free shipping, because they have no intention of delivering. They call you back "to confirm your credit card security code" and tell you that you didn't really want whatever you ordered anyway, it is "incompatible" or not interoperable and you really want this other product. If you insist on the product you ordered it is "out of stock," and they make it clear that they're going to hassle you if you try to get a refund. They wear you down and get you to alter the order. They fail to tell you that the replacement product is not eligible for the "free shipping" which they then jack on to your bill. Their delivery speed is OK, but if you ever try to get a RMA from these people you are going to basically have to go to Visa and let Visa settle it. Their customer service guy "Peter H." got testy with my husband and hung up on him. My husband was annoyed but in no way abusive. If you google Express Camera and Peter H. specifically you will find page after page of complaints. Their entire script is reverse engineered out on the web. They actually threaten to prosecute THE CUSTOMER for fraud! I guess they would know about fraud. I normally have good experience with online buying because I do my due diligence. This transaction was initiated by my son, who is a little inexperienced. Bottom line: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
I can't figure out why these guys haven't been shut down.
