These headphones have a lot going for them, primarily the good quality sound you would expect from Sennheiser, and also the adjustable ear clips. The ear clips are quite useful, allowing you to adjust the headphones to match the size of your ears and so make a more comfortable fit. While I only wore the headphones once, I suspect they would stay on during jogging. They are also fairly unobtrusive if you have dark hair.
The downside is that the plug itself broke on the very first time I used the headphones. The plug is L-shaped, which typically provides more strength and avoids the problems of break the wires when you remove the plug, but in this case the first time I remove the headphones the whole casing came off the plug, exposing the wires and they broke immediately. This was pretty shocking, I had been reasonably gentle, the plug literally just fell apart. Once apart I looked at it, and could see why - the parts are made of a very soft material and it is only a very light glue that was holding it together. After seeing this, I think the product has a design flaw rather than simply a bad plug. I do not recommend using this, I was probably lucky in that it broke right away and I could return it, I don't think they would last for more than a couple months.
For iPhone users - the plug does not fit the phone jack.
