Deceptive: Claim to be "based" in California, but all email is sent from Hong Kong. I placed an order for a car charger, the total they quoted didn't actually include shipping - so they charged more than the "total" to PayPal. That got me worried, so I came on here and read some reviews - too many cases of "defective on receipt after it was shipped from Hong Kong".
To their credit, they offered to cancel my order when I wrote to ask why the "total" wasn't actually the "total". And they did cancel when I asked them to. Still waiting on the refund - it's been 4 days now, but, well, you know how long it takes to process a refund through PayPal. That's three whole clicks! "Please allow 4-5 days for a refund."
Just to be clear - I canceled the order so I have nothing to say about the products I might have received.
