I liked this book mostly, as it was an entertaining attempt
at presenting a vegetarian perspective at weight and eating,
addressing some sensitive issues without going overboard.
Straight to the points and clear. Of course, the title is catchy.
There are other books that obviously expand on the issues
raised here, and the opinions of what we should be eating.
John Robbins, Brendan Brazier and others would take anyone
just beginning to explore this work into greater detail.
I liked how they expressed their views in this book, it worked
for me.
