Never buy a gift here. Delivery often delayed by more than a month.

Amazingly terrible with delivery speed. Also inconsistent with packing items appropriately to prevent breakage. Horrible with stating that an item is in stock when it is not. Terrible in accurately informing customer when backordered item might be available for shipment. For example, my first order was for a toaster and a citrus juicer. I received my first package in a reasonable amount
of time. But, it contained only the juicer. And, the
juicer had no shipping material whatsoever to protect it from a crushing blow which must have occurred during shipment. I had to work with your company to have it replaced. The toaster did not arrive for more than a month later. Contrary to your internet site information, I didn't
know that the toaster was backordered until I received my first package of the broken juicer.
My more recent second order was equally frustrating. Although these items were "in stock", again it took well over a month to receive them. I received an email stating that they were shipped, but when they didn't arrive, I called the company to find out the status. Over the next 3.5 weeks, the company representatives kept saying 'they are out of stock but coming in next week and will be shipped'. Once they said they were in stock and shipped out that day. Apparently, the company has a system that makes it difficult for anyone to determine if an item is in stock and available for shipping.
I will say the the customer service people on the phone were very nice and attempted to help. They apologized over the lengthy delays, etc. Also, once I received the products, I was generally satisfied with them. I would mainly state that the prices are pretty good. So, don't buy someone a gift here, as you can't be sure when the product will arrive. But, if you can wait for a few months, it might be worth it.
