I was told to place an order so that I could get a shipping quote but that the order would NOT be processed until I accepted the shipping quote. Never got the shipping quote but the order WAS placed w/o my approval. It took many phone calls, emails and finally a complaint to BBB online to get this matter resolved. I wanted the order, which I did not authorize, cancelled. It finally was but it was a distressing ordeal that never should have occurred. I may or may not shop at this company again; I am not sure at this time.
