Poor Customer Service and their shipping department is terrible.

I placed an order on 10/03/07 and received the order 10/11/07. They shipped 5 shirts in a large box. Everything was just thrown in there and NO invoice was included. Also missing were 3 shirts.
I called customer service and after talking to them for 35 minutes we had no resolution. They're sending out a "tracer" through UPS to find out what happened. I have the box and it was sealed with one layer of tape. (Obviously not opened and retaped.) My order was packaged like it a pile of worthless trash and that is exactly how I would rate their customer service department...worthless.
They need to take some lesson in shipping from JcPenney. They ship in bags and include an invoice inside. Each item is individually wrapped with the item number on the bag.
Let Sears go play footsie with UPS while I go call my credit card company and dispute the charge for the missing items. When I called Sears with my problem, I expected a refund or for the items to be shipped to me. I didn't expect a run around.
I order on-line all the time and to my knowledge this is the first problem I've had with ANY company over an on-line. I will not be ordering from them again.
