Even though I wasn’t bored, my pal Caroline inadvertently informed me of this W/O and since it seemed like such a good idea, I thought I would fill it out and submit my entry to blackrose4eva??? (who also has no freaking idea who I am). Enjoy! 1. Who named you, and what does your name mean? I have two first names; Justin & Gordon. My mother named me Justin but my great-grandmother named me Gordon because it’s her last name. Justin means “just and true” and Gordon means “small, round hill.” BTW, I loathe Gordon!! 2. Which is better: Classic Coca Cola or C2 Coca Cola? Pepsi! 3. Are you pessimistic or optimistic? I would like to think that I’m more optimistic than pessimistic because, no matter how bad a situation might be, I always try to think of a logical and rational explanation/solution and I always think there’s a light at the end of the tunnel. 4. If you can rule the world for 1 hour, what will you do? Make cigarettes illegal, ban Britney Spears from re-doing “My Prerogative”, make Paris Hilton poor, marry Halle Berry or Sheryl Crow (she’s so hot) and make world peace, just for good measure. 5. Who do you think is the WORST actor/actress in history to date? I don’t have a WORST per se, but the top-3 would probably include Jane Seymour, Roma Downey & some other actor/actress that always goes for the boring, dramatic roles. 6. Which gender do you think should dominate: women or men? “All men (and women) are created equal” and it should stay that way! 7. Do you think education should be free or be paid for? If you pay for it, do you think it is really worth it? Education should be free because the last thing this world needs is another Jessica Simpson. 8. What do you think about the recent gas prices? Even though I don’t drive, I realized that complaining about the prices isn’t gonna make them go down any faster so shut up and pay for it! 9. Do you think animals have feelings? If so, why are you eating them? (Assuming you are not a vegetarian) I think they do have feelings and I think one of those feelings should be empathy for my stomach when it’s hungry and they should understand how good my stomach feels once their processed body enters it. 10. If you can only have one, which would you choose: a heart or a brain? Well, it would be impossible to live without a heart so I would choose that. You can live without a brain (Jessica Simpson is living proof!). 11. How much can a woodchuck chuck wood? As much as the wood chipper they bought from Home Depot can chuck (it’s 2004 so I’ve assumed they realized they don’t have to chuck it themselves). 12. In your opinion, do you believe that people--especially the younger generations--are taking HIV and STDs seriously? Why or Why not? I think so because BET run those Rap-It-Up ads in between videos all the time and we’re too slow to realize it’s subtle subliminal messaging. 13. What do you think about the idea of spanking your child--assuming he/she misbehaves--as a form of discipline? The spankings I received as a child made me realize that hitting someone makes them madder but I still think it might be necessary. Saddam Hussein and Osama Bin Laden probably would’ve turned out a lot better had their parents tapped that behind every once in awhile. 14. Do you like people? (Be honest) I like People Magazine. Honestly, I do like people but in moderate doses. At the end of the day, I’m happiest alone in front of the TV with the world tuned out. But I do find enjoyment in watching people whose lives are more screwed up than mine. 15. You have a lion, a goat, and a bundle of hay. You need to cross a river by using a small boat, which can ONLY carry you and something of your choice (the lion or the goat or the hay). You CANNOT, for example, bring the lion along with the goat, etc. Nobody can swim across the river or make or bridge, etc. You MUST use the boat. Duh! Take the lion first and then take the hay (because the lion won’t eat the hay) and then take the goat back with you. (Did I get it right and no, I didn’t cheat)!. *Extra* 17. What is your WORST job ever? Are you still in it? Considering I’ve yet to enter the workforce, I’ll have to get back to you on that one. Well, this was a lot of fun and I thank blackrose4eva for coming up with such a cool W/O and I’ve nothing else to say except…bye!
