Awful. Shipping and customer service and order processing is unsatisfactory.

Do not waste your time.
I thought I would give them a second chance as they have good prices. This time, the order at best will not be sent until 6 days after I ordered! Then they charge 12.95. They use a fedex chart on the website but utilize ups. I checked the quote on ups.com and they quoted 9.16 for ground delivery or 16.19 for 2nd day air. Customer service really didn't seem to care, they are on "southern" time, similar to the caribbean or hawaii (read whenever it gets done). They also said it would be 4 to 6 days shipping which doesn't equate at all compared to what ups said it would. I get the feeling I am getting parcel post for 12.95.
I did order 15 colored pencils, all derwent,two types, open stock. The customer service agent said it takes them a couple of days to do that. A couple of days? Is the warehouse that disorganized or just another excuse.
If you don't care when you get your items, go for it. Otherwise, for oftentimes an equal price or ever so slightly more, I recommend Dick Blick or Utrecht. At least I get my stuff 3 days later via fedex for only 7.50.
Update. After 3 different excuses, and day eight, no shipping yet although promised yesterday it would be sent today.
I will not order from this company ever again.
