The Bottom Line Greenfield is a reputable company with fairly brief surveys. However, the don't offer direct compensation for survey completion, just a chance to win cash prizes.

Although I get about one survey invitation from greenfield online a week, I rarely answer their surveys anymore. Although their surveys are relatively brief, I don't think they are a good use of my time. I have been a memeber of greenfield online for over two years, and have been paid $5. That most likely averages out to about a nickel a survey.
Unlike some online survey sites like epoll.com or pineconeresearch.com, you are not guaranteed an incentive for answering greenfield's surveys. Instead, you are given a chance to win money. Usually the prize structure is something like 1- $500 winner 5- $50 winners 100- $10 winners and 200- $5 winners. These aren't bad incentives, and I'm sure greenfield does pay out all of this money, just not to me.
The surveys are generally fairly short, and the site is very easy to use. However, I have found that if my purpose is to earn money answering surveys, this site isn't for me, there are many others that pay better and on a far more consistant basis.
